For the reasons above, i truly agree with that statement.

It is sad that the role of a good man has been down played to a level most suitable for a phychologist.

In this day and age where women seek true love while men seek someone to hump,
there thrives a minority of men that are truly in a non-sexual relationship with a woman for the price of nothing but true companionship from a loving woman.
Yet the relationship which we survive on is merely an act of abuse by the former of whom we put out our souls to.

There was fried mee for lunch..and that got me thinking.

Most of us would have a female friend whom, by no chemistry at all, became your best friend that shares her secrets and worries with you.

Being somewhat of a horny bastard and thinking of getting something in return for your profound wisdom, you help her expecting to reap rewards of what you have seen happen in romantic movies before.

*I give her a shoulder to cry on and she falls in love with me*

Yet things almost NEVER works out like the movies.. now we all know that movies are done by fucking Hollywood romance idealist who have nothing better to do than come up with fantasy fiction that compare NOTHING like real life and screen it to the youth of our generation.. in turn spoiling and defiling the very pure minds our children have before turning them into romance day dreamers and churning out couples looking for surreal ways to stay in a relationship. Thus the Mary types were born with their *so called* romantic ideas and fantasies
about love and relationships.

So back to my point, it is almost impossible to begin a relationship as the psychologist to her well being.
